Peak Health and Performance: the 4-Doctor Approach

Practitioners will learn the 4-Doctor approach created by Paul Chek, and how to use this to create balance and structure in patients' programs and therapy. Step 1 is to start by clearly defining a dream, goal, or objective to direct your client’s intention, awareness, and energy. Step 2 is to help your patient define their 4-Doctor habits from the perspective of yin/yang balance. Step 3 is to establish goal-affirmative 4-Doctor core values to guide effective choices, so patients feel healthier, become stronger, recover from an injury, and enjoy improved mental-emotional capacity, and/or athletic performance.
